lyrics
Silently waiting to be glimpsed
Abominations navigating empty space
Abysmal currents of impenetrable darkness
Inhumanly surging
Pale unpitying stars
Hoarse with fear
Tinged with despair
Brooding apprehension
Shrieked masses shudder
Detestable hordes amassing
Fevered whispers declare its arrival
We raised our hands in submission
Joining in repulsive ecstasy
Gone from the world
Lost to time
Unborn indefinitely

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu

I wouldnt call it blackened death but it certainly has the bleak dark atmosphere akin to Akhlys or Watain while pummeling you with pure death metal and a touch of dissonance and doominess á la Morbid Angel..it really combines almost everything i love about metal and theres not a weak spot on here..their first album was good but this is stylistically much different and a vast improvement. Sludgy death metal brutality from the upper Midwest, featuring some of the most terrifying vocals and riffs imaginable—in a good way. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 20, 2022

I just found these guys and after celebrating Fearsick I immediately came here and had to buy this as well. It might eben be better than Fearsick but who cares. Both are phenomenally good. Old schoolish perfection with powerful modern production. Every song is a fucking killer. mourner
